The company SYNCO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA has started the implementation of the project entitled  ” Implementation of production of innovative pre-insulated pipelines – E-SYNCO “  no. Activity 3.2: Support for the implementation of R&D results

Sub-measure 3.2.2: Loan for technological innovations

The aim of the project is to launch production and introduce a new and innovative technology for the production of pre-insulated pipelines, previously unused in the industry, using innovative chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam with PET-M foil.

The commencement of production of the above-mentioned products will be possible through the implementation of a specific objective, which is the implementation of an innovative technology for the production of pre-insulated pipelines using innovative chemically cross-linked polyethylene foam with PET-M foil.

The long-term goal  of the project is  the development of  SYNCO .

The following tasks will be implemented as part of the project (substantive schedule):

1. Hall adaptation works;
2. Purchase of an assembly table for assembling a pre-insulated pipe – length 105 m;
3. Purchase of winch No. I and winch No. II;
4. Purchase of winch no. III;
5. Purchase of a PEX pipe unwinder with PE foam from PET-M;
6. Purchase of a pre-insulated pipe coiler;
7. Purchase of a passive insulating sleeve unwinder;
8. Purchase of a saw for cutting insulating foam;
9. Purchase of a station for preparing an insulating sleeve with a remote control;
10. Purchase of a station for preparing PEX pipe with insulation;
11. Purchase of a system to control the operation of individual units;
12. Purchase of accessories, tools and simple appliances.

Planned effects:

• Number of fixed assets purchased under the project – 27 pcs.;
• Number of enterprises receiving support – 1 pc.;
• Number of enterprises receiving subsidies – 1 pc.;
• Number of enterprises supported in order to introduce new products to the market – 1 pc.;
• Number of enterprises supported in the implementation of R&D results – 1 pc.;
• Number of enterprises supported in the field of eco-innovation – 1 pc.;
• Private investments supplementing public support for enterprises (grants) – PLN 766,417.50;
• Number of implemented R&D results – 1 pc.;
• Number of introduced product innovations – 1 pc.;
• Revenues from sales of new or improved products/processes – PLN 1,878,960.00;
• Reduction of the amount of waste generated in the production process – 80 kg/t.

The total value of the Project is:  PLN 1,733,150.00

The total value of eligible expenses of the Project is: PLN 1,703,150.00

The Project funding amounts to : PLN 936,732.50
